For the love of the afternoon coffee, I branched out and start roasting my own coffee. Now I roast for family and friends, and they needed a space to stay ahead of their coffee so they wouldn't have to resort to store-bought on-the-shelf-for-months coffee.

I offer two different varieties roasted at 5 unique intensities.

level 1 - light roast

level 3 - light to medium roast

level 5 - medium roast

level 7 - medium to dark roast

level 9 - dark roast
